Emplacement proche gare et centre-ville. Rue calme (pas de bruit). Propreté des lieux. Propriétaire à l'écoute.
2 petits matériels pour la cuisine quotidienne ne fonctionnaient pas, je l'ai signalé au propriétaire (très réactif), qui a été attentif et a réagi positivement ; ces équipements devraient donc être vérifiés et remplacés ou réparés.

Appartement très pratique au niveau de sa localisation, fonctionnel et propre. J’y retournerais avec plaisir l’année prochaine avec mes amis.
