Great size place for a family. The location was great for the bus into Bristol and easy to navigate when new to this city.
Loved that the main bedroom had a lock! Total bonus for parents.
The noise from above travels into the rooms even while asleep, especially when they go down the stairs.
The bathroom has no working fan and shower water backs up really fast so had to have quick showers, no time to wash hair or water will overflow.

The property is very neat and beautiful. Exactly as seem no the pictures
The water flow out of the shower drain was too slow. We had to keep turning off shower when showering to avoid the tray filling up and over flowing

Good size for the price and good location for the most part again considering the price. Full kitchen was great included washing machine. Nice open living room and kitchen with a little garden.
The master bedroom seems to be suffering from a damp issue and smelled very unpleasant. The carpets felt moist to the point socks got wet walking on it. This was a shame because the flat was generally nice.
