We stayed in this lovely Bristol apartment for one night while visiting the hot air balloon fiesta as a family of five. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. With 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, there was plenty of space for everyone. It had everything we needed, a toaster, microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge freezer. We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, washing-up liquid, and tea and coffee (although a little milk and sugar would have been a nice addition). The beds were very comfortable. The bedding and towels were soft, fresh, and clean. The host was friendly, responded quickly to messages. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Our small suggestion would be to provide a couple more fans, as there was only 1 for the whole apartment. There were also a few burn marks on the kitchen floor, but they didn’t affect our stay at all.

It was better inside as the location is a bit scruffy. The flat itself was clean and tidy. We only stayed for one night as a stop over for our flight. It did what it was supposed to. Host very helpful.

I slept in the lower bedroom and found the bed to be extremely comfortable. I had the best two night's sleep I 've had in a very long time.

There could be black out curtains in the upstairs bedrooms
