The pillows exceeded my expectations, exactly how i have them at home (not even 5 star hotels had this comfort): 2 actual hard, long pillows and 2 soft ones. The hotel uses a system to chat and to privide information that works very smooth and looked very clear. Through that we had contact with the host who was very helpfull. The hotel seemd to be super newly renovated, or least that's how it looked, which makes the experience very pleasant. Also I was surprised not to hear my neighbors. Very good atmosphere ♡

I would like to racomamd 3 things. 1- since you have an iron, it would be helpful to have a plank to iron on it; 2- to have a kitchen towel. It's a pity to use a nice bathroom towel for it; 3- to have a solution to cover the light of the microwave while sleeping.

L’emplacement, le check-in autonome avec un code, logement moderne et équipé, agréablement décoré

Pas d’eau chaude, drap taché (propre certainement mais tâché quand même), matelas trop mou, salle de bain très petite (a peine la place de s’asseoir sur les toilettes), aucune insonorisation tant sur l’extérieur que sur le couloir (on se serait cru fenêtres ouvertes sur la rue)
