Good stay, really liked the area 😀

Location in a lively area with lots of local restaurants and shops. Easy access but building security good. Very clean and well presented apartment.

Toilet very cramped, not much room to sit as the door was too close! Bedroom fan would have been better at the foot of the bed rather than right next to someone’s head.

pleasant stay

One thing I really appreciated about this place was that I happened to be there while the room was being cleaned. Even though I only stayed for one night, I saw that it went through a very thorough cleaning process. I was able to leave my suitcase safely in the room, and on the day I checked out, my luggage was kept securely in a small storage room. The room was small but efficiently arranged, which was more than enough for me. I was traveling and staying alone, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Although the location wasn't perfect, I enjoyed walking or cycling towards the center through some lovely streets. It definitely wasn’t in a bad neighborhood. Thank you for your service!

I think it's a bit expensive for a small place that's not very central — or maybe I just missed the more affordable dates.

Great Stay if you are familiar with the area

I really appreciated that the property offered a seating area outside of your room to enjoy. The in room kitchen amenities were great as well, a mini fridge, small hob/stovetop, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, toaster. The automated shutters for the exterior sliding doors were so helpful as well, they made the room nice and dark. I would recommend and would book again!

I do wish that the interior doors were a bit thicker, I could hear the other guests coming and going in the hallway.

A clean studio close to restaurants, markets, and transportation.

Very clean and the perfect size studio! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen had everything necessary. Close to a variety of markets. Walking distance to the metro.

I would have liked the water to be a little hotter in the shower but that may be a cultural thing.

Très bon séjour. Propre, bien isolé, bien placé et bien équipé 👍🏻 La possibilité de laisser les bagages la journée est un vrai plus ! Accès facile, quartier super, beaucoup de bars et restaurants sympa à 2mn.

Il manquerait un petit rideau léger pour s’isoler de la rue sans devoir fermer le rideau occultant, mais c’est un détail !

Pratique, conforme à ma recherche, bien situé. Pour des voyages courts et/ou réguliers.

Le quartier est très agréable. L'accès au logement est simple. Pas de problème de bruit ou de nuisance. Restauration et bars à proximité. Proche de la petite ceinture. Bon descriptif fourni par l'hôte (qui m'a gentiment dépanné après une clé enfermée dans la chambre par étourderie :) ) donc zéro problème.

Le logement me parait plus adapté à des séjours seul il est exigu. Peut-être faudrait-il trouver une astuce en équipement pour entreposer ses affaires de voyage :)

Pas beaucoup dormi

L’emplacement, le check-in autonome avec un code, logement moderne et équipé, agréablement décoré

Pas d’eau chaude, drap taché (propre certainement mais tâché quand même), matelas trop mou, salle de bain très petite (a peine la place de s’asseoir sur les toilettes), aucune insonorisation tant sur l’extérieur que sur le couloir (on se serait cru fenêtres ouvertes sur la rue)

Struttura pulita e ordinata, host disponibile per ogni richiesta, a disposizione la lavatrice, cucina ben fornita di attrezzatura (pentole, padelle ecc)

Effettivamente il monolocale troppo piccolo per due persone, pochi punti d'appoggio per gli oggetti, non c'è un tavolo per mangiare, non c'era l'acqua calda al lavandino del bagno. Utile magari applicare qualche gancio da parete o similari per asciugamani e vestiti (non c'è nemmeno spazio per aprire la valigia a terra...)

Estadia no Maison Menilmontant

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia no Maison Menilmontant, embora o espaço fosse pequeno, era perfeitamente funcional e equipado com tudo o que uma pessoa pode precisar. Na chegada fomos recebidos com café e chá — um gesto simples que depois de uma longa viagem é sempre bem-vindo (nem todos o fazem). O/a host foi sempre muito disponível e prestável. A localização é excelente, a cerca de 25 minutos do centro com transportes — 10 minutos a pé das linhas de metro 2, 3 e 11 e uma paragem de autocarro mesmo em frente. A cama era bastante confortável. A zona está rodeada de restaurantes, supermercados, cafés e bares, o que a torna bastante animada. A rua em frente tem vários bares, o que contribui para uma maior segurança à noite, em contrapartida, pode gerar algum ruído, principalmente ao fim de semana — no nosso caso, não foi um problema, mas pode ser algo a considerar para quem tem sono leve. O acesso ao edifício é seguro, simples e rápido. No geral, ficámos muito satisfeitos e voltaríamos com certeza.

la qualite de la literie, la propreté, le quartier

chambre et pas appartement à réserver pour une personne car il n y a qu un tabouret haut pour utliser la kitchenette . L espace entre le mur où est accroché la tv et le lit fait que celui qui doit contourner le lit se prend la tv systematiquement s il ne pense pas à se pencher sur le côté opposé la porte d entrée de la chambre n'est pas isolée et présente un espace inférieur donc vous entendez tous les passages et toutes les discussions les photos ne sont pas représentatives du logement numero 1 vue sur cour interieure qui est en réalité une vue sur terrasse du voisin pas entrenue avec déchets dessus les toilettes sont coincés entre un petit lavabo et les murs côtés , on se faufile pour se poser sur les toilettes . personnes de grandes tailles s abstenir vos genoux toucheront le mur en face
