A great apartment we would rent again

Updated modern apartment with nice bathrooms and kitchen. Easy, clear access. Confortable beds. Staff was very responsive. Good water pressure for 4 people.

The livingroom sofa is very unconfortable to sit on and several of the stools that severe as dining chairs are unstable. We brought the two outside terrace chairs inside and they worked great for 4 adults.

Elegant Parisian-style townhouse

The location was perfect — close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The apartment was atmospheric, decorated in a “Parisian style,” with a charming balcony and a lovely view from the windows. Although I felt like I was in the city center, the apartment was well soundproofed and it was easy to relax inside. We were pleasantly surprised by the two bathrooms, the two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, and the windows facing two different directions. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was new and cozy. The hallway of the building was elegant, and there is an elevator in the building. We really liked it and would happily return.

Nice apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located, spacious, and clean. The building is also very nice and the equipment is pretty good. The space is well organized and comfortably fits guests. The host is very nice and responsive.

When I reserved, it was written that the apartment was with balcony. Actually, this balcony does not exist. The noise from the ventilation in the kitchen makes it impossible to sleep there. So, the 2 places to sleep in the kitchen can't really be used. I contacted the host about the noise and, while being extremely nice and responsive, they said that there is no solution for the noise. Also, a bad smell is coming from one of the bathroom. These three negative comments appear in many reviews, so why not trying to fix them? The apartment is otherwise really nice.

Spacious and dark apartment- good for sleeping but not much else.

Great kitchen and two bathrooms were highlights. Location also excellent with Metro stop around the corner. Groceries, boulangerie, fromagerie, and bistros all very close by.

No natural light as only windows weee right in the street and were opaque. They didn’t open. Bedroom didn’t have reading lights or tables. No comfortable place to sit in living room or kitchen area. Stools available but counter top didn’t have room for legs underneath. Overall not a comfortable place to spend time in. Good base for exploring. Ver responsive property managers.

Good apartment for 4 day stay in Paris.

Close to bus and metro routes, lovely local neighbourhood to walk through. Good boulangeries close by!

After paying for an early check-in, the apartment was not ready at the agreed time. Wi-fi did not work on check-in but the hosts remedied this when we contacted them. Dishwasher however no tablets provided.

The location - very close to cafe and metro. Beds in bedrooms very comfortable . Nice small balcony . Modern kitchen with everything we needed. Two bathrooms was excellent for a family.

The rain fell heavily on the covered area over the balcony. The noise of the rain on this plastic covering made it unbearable to sleep on the bed in the kitchen area so I ended up having to share a bed with my child. It was so loud. More toilet roll would be good. Another set of fresh towels. There were two extra fresh ones. The sofa bed had some stains on it.

Great location and value for Paris

The partement was ready

Could not get the key from the key box. The code wasn’t working and a new code had to be setup. Wasted at least 30 minutes and since it was later, I.e.: 9PM it felt worst.

Exceptional location!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights during our stay in Paris and we were simply delighted with everything. The area is perfect, quiet but with access to the subway (Charonne in front of the location, and Nation with multiple connections at just 15 min walk), with Carrefour City at 2 min with cafes, shops and restaurants . The building is maintained, with elevator, and the apartment is very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay (cookery, cutlery, coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, toaster bread). We were greeted with water and coffee capsules, which is highly appreciated after a day on the road. The owners communicated very effectively and all the information received was clear, so the location and access was extremely easy. The building is secure, access is based on code, but the area is also an animated one that did not raise us problems, although we always came back after midnight. I recommend and I would definitely choose the same place for future stays in Paris!

Think Twice!

The location and the neighborhood.

Although the unit has been fully renovated but Staying at this unit is a safety bio hazard because of the swear gas back up from the washrooms. Meanwhile this suite is located on ground floor and has no windows you could open for fresh air at all and you can hear all the noises from the street. Unbelievably uncomfortable!

Trevligt område, bageri, resturanger och mataffär väldigt nära, Nära till tunnelbanestationen. Väldigt lätt att hitta och att komma in med kod med hjälp av de bilder och instruktioner man får innan ankomst. Sköna dubbelsängar och två toaletter och två duschar! Fullgott kök med både kyl och frys, micro, vattenkokare, kapselkaffe samt brödrost. Lugnt och tyst i huset. Balkong mot en innergård, så ingen direkt utsikt men bra med vädring. Ac finns också.

Soffan som går att ha som säng i kök/vardagsrum var hård och de pallar som fanns att sitta på vid kökbordet var små och ostadiga. Vi tog in stolarna från balkongen istället.

Excellente adresse.

Le quartier est sympa, proximité d'une supérette ouverte jusqu'à 23h juste à 30 mètres, métro à 100 mètres. Les instructions d'accès étaient très claires et détaillées. La disposition des lieux est super, avec deux vraies chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain. Plutôt calme (c'est la ville, quoi), on y dort bien. Prises des deux côté du lit dans une chambre, idem mais USB-C dans l'autre, top pour recharger les smartphones (=réveils). J'ai signalé un petit souci d'écoulement de douche sans gravité, quelqu'un m'a rappelé en moins d'une heure pour proposer de venir s'en occuper : réactivité remarquable.

La porte d'une des chambres ne fermait pas, ne pouvait simplement pas rester en position fermée. Un peu ennuyeux pour dormir avec la lumière automatique du corridor. Mais je ne doute pas au vu de la réactivité mentionnée que cela sera réparé.

La situation

Très gros problème à l’arrivée : porte d’entrée de l’appartement serrure bloquée !! Personne sur place location air B nb non précisé par booking !! Nous avons payé 90€ en plus pour une arrivée à 13h et nous avons intégré l’appartement à 20h30 après avoir traversé Paris pour une autre location à Barbès inconvenante avec 3 jeunes enfants !! Mauvaise volonté évidente du propriétaire qui a refusé pendant 6h l’intervention d’un serrurier ! De plus même si l’appartement est correct , beaucoup d’entretien laisse à désirer ( douche qui fuit , pas de chaise, tabourets branlants , canapé lit où on devait dormir casser , fenêtres fermant mal !! Nous avons perdu toute cette première journée à Paris avec cette arrivée épuisante et 3 jeunes enfants !! Nous réclamons donc non seulement le remboursement du early Check in mais un dédommagement pour l’état de l’appartement et les visites que nous avons raté et pas pu rattraper….!! Merci de prendre en compte notre demande !! Très déçu par ce système airbn’b qui ne dit pas son nom via Booking !!

4 jours en famille dans un appartement chaleureux

Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme. 2 vraies chambres et tout le confort. L’aménagement de la cuisine et des Salles de bain était bon. Les lits étaient faits et propres.

Une odeur de canalisation forte nous a gêné pendant notre séjour. Elle émanait des salles de bain. Nous avons dû laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et heureusement il faisait beau et chaud. Le convertible de la salle à manger mériterait un peu plus de confort.

El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado, cómodo, chiquito pero funcional.

El apartamento en sí estuvo muy bien. Solo que el edificio era un poco ruidoso, en realidad se escucha los ruidos de los vecinos, sobre todo cuando bajan-suben escaleras, conversaciones en piso superior, etc. Pero bueno, un tema ajeno al alojamiento

Super séjour a Paris

J'avais réservé un taxi par l'application, taxi Vicler, mais le chauffeur nous a emmené à une fausse adresse, résultat payé 59 euros pour devoir marcher pendant 15' sous la pluie avec 2 enfants de 3 et 5 ans pour trouver la bonne adresse. Mais heureusement ensuite tout c'est bien déroulé. J'aurais du rappeler le taxi mais dans un premier temps on a essayé de savoir ou on était et ou on devait aller.
