Lots of good things to mention: proximity to the beach, as well as to Latchi's center and port; terrace in front and in the backyard, clean and well-fitted, great setup (bedrooms upstairs, living room + kitchen on ground floor), plenty of parking spots etc. The inner staircase was actually good to have, we got to move around a bit more.
AC in the living room had a small leakage, but the host immediately came with a technician to fix it.

Sehr gute Verständigung mit dem Gastgeber auf Deutsch. Haus hat Meerblick und schattigen Garten. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Strand und touristisches Zentrum der Ortschaft sind zu Fuß sowie Berg- und Küstenwanderungen auf der Akamas-Halbinsel sind nach wenigen Autominuten schnell erreichbar. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis daher eine glatte Empfehlung.
Bad und Toilette sind über Wendeltreppe im ersten Stock erreichbar. Das war kein Nachteil für uns. Es sollte jedoch insbesondere vor Buchung von gehbehinderten Menschen berücksichtigt werden.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ο κύριος Παύλος πολύ ευγενικός. Πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας. Το διαμέρισμα No 27 ήταν ότι καλύτερο για τη μονοήμερη διαμονή μας στο Λατσί, μαζί με τα παιδιά μας!
Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!
