Stylish, comfortable and had everything we needed.
Excellent location for the seafront, shops and restaurants.
The stairs up to the property could be challenging for some!

Optimal: die zentrale Lage, die tolle Terrasse, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, Parken und die herzliche Vermieterin.
Leider ist das Appartement schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das ein oder andere laienhaft oder gar nicht repariert.
Gesprungenes Waschbecken und Kacheln, schwarze Fugen in der Dusche, abblätternder Putz... rechtfertigen keine 9,7.
Durch die zentrale Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es etwas lauter (sehr gerne auch durch Poser :( ) und auf der Rückseite durch Baulärm (leider entstehen hier Bettenburgen). Mit Ohropax sollte das aber kein Problem sein.

The view from the balcony was nice and the rooms were quite big and comfortable
The hot water in the shower barely worked (also it was either boiling hot or cold), the washing mashine needed to be replaced urgently, wifi didn't work and the kitchen equipment was quite minimal and partialy very dirty
