Villa Fostira is situated in a highly enviable location, within walking distance of the quaint harbour of Latchi. Surrounded by green shrubbery, well-maintained lawns and stunning sea views over the fields down to the sea, this area is sure to be the space where you make the most of your holiday. The kitchen/dining room doors are 79cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 75cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the surrounding gardens are grassed and level. The pool has steps. There are 3 steps leading to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 steps leading to the two twin bedrooms.
