Nice location, nice courtyard, frendly host, everything cozy and clean,
Window overlooking the main road where for some reason local people like to produce noise from their cars touring up and down for no apparent reason.

Large room, comfortable (and huge) bed, nice pool and sun terrace
Noise from main road as we looked over that. Our room had no kitchen area. Could do with a little modernising. The shower curtain and rail were rusty and dirty

Host was friendly, he even had some adapters for me to borrow because they have different plugs from the rest of europe. Location is good, walking distance from downtown area and next to a large supermarket. Kitchen is good, but lacks a cutting board (like almost all places with kitchens...will they ever learn?). Ample parking and comfy bed.,
IT WAS SUPER NOISY! I could hear every word and movement from the room next to me (connecting door too, which doesn't help), also the sliding windows are not very good at blocking road noise, but still a lot better than having them open. But, what really made me decide to rate this place low is the fact that the owner thinks it is perfectly fine to go around the pool area with bloody leaf blower EVERY MORNING at 6.30! If you value sleeping until a more decent hour of the day, this is not the place for you. I asked to check out at 12 instead of 10 (just so I could sleep some more after all leafs were gone...) but that was bascially impossible too...
