The apartment inside is recently renovated, spacious and with good air conditioners.
The outside area is not nice. The area sometimes smells bad and around is full of trash. It is not the owner's fault but it is what it is...

Very clean and new. Air conditioners great and washing machine good. Liked that it was close to restaurants in village.
Parking was terrible. No guarantee of space. Very difficult to find property. Parking space was really untidy and full of dumped rubbish. Shower head was was breaking and shower screen hard to close. Water leaking from shower tray. Access was up 2 flights of stairs not suitable for elderly
