Excellent appartment, quiet location, fully equipped. I will definately recommend it. Extra equipment existed that made our life easier for a holiday destination.
The timer on the ac is a problem. It has options for 30, 60, 120 minutes. Luckily the weather was fine and could sleep without the ac and just the provided fans. But if having to wake up 2-3 times a night just to turn on the ac is unacceptable for me. If I am the host I would try to find another solution to the ac problem.

Everything - comfortable, spacious, balconies on both sides. Well equiped kitchen. It is possible to walk to the beach, though it is not close and we used a car. Pool is a big plus.

Great sized apartment with fully equipped kitchen.
Everything was clean and tidy on arrival.
Allocated, undercover parking.
Good location
Some noise from neighbouring apartments.
Woken up at 7am one morning by 2 people painting the outside balcony of the apartment.

Estate was well kept and clean. Views were lovely. 10 minute walk from centre of polis.
Mould on living room ceiling giving a slightly foisty smell. Bath was very worn making it look dirty. Mattresses in twin room need replacing as very uncomfortable.
