Geräumige Wohnung über 2 Etagen, mit einem Wahnsinnsausblick von der Dachterrasse. Die Sonne scheint frühmorgens ins Schlafzimmer, man hört das Meeresrauschen (ca. 150 m entfernt). Ruhige Lage, max. 10 Min. zur Altstadt von Polis. Das Appartement ist wirklich ziemlich perfekt.

We had an amazing stay at Kohili Seaside Residence and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Polis/Latchi area. The townhouse has been recently renovated and everything feels brand new — furniture, appliances, kitchen equipment, bathrooms, plumbing fixtures — all spotless, modern, and very comfortable to use. You can really tell the owners put a lot of care into the renovation. The layout is especially practical for families: there is a separate toilet and sink apart from the main bathroom, which made daily routines much easier for us. We also loved the spacious backyard veranda with an excellent BBQ grill. In addition to that, there are two more terraces — one in front of the house and another on the rooftop. We didn’t use them much ourselves, but they would be perfect for larger groups or guests, allowing everyone to relax separately without disturbing each other. Another huge advantage is the large underground garage for two cars. It keeps the cars cool during hot days and is also very convenient for storing bicycles or beach equipment. Andreas was an outstanding host — extremely responsive, friendly, and quick to help with any small issue or request. Owners also changes towels and bed linen weekly, which was very appreciated during a longer stay. The location is fantastic: only a short walk from the sea, which you can actually see from the balcony and rooftop terrace. The views are wonderful — open mountain scenery on one side and peaceful farmland on the other, with no overdevelopment around. At the same time, the center of Polis with tavernas and restaurants is within walking distance, and Latchi can be reached in about 5 minutes by car or even on foot if you enjoy walking.

The house is not fully protected from insects yet. There are currently no mosquito screens on the windows, so mosquitoes, flies, and ants can occasionally get inside. Andreas mentioned that window upgrades and screens are planned in the future. Also, the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger. None of these points significantly affected our stay, but they are worth mentioning for future guests.
