The villa exceeded our expectations. The living room was very spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including both a dishwasher and a washing machine. All windows had insect screens, and every room was fitted with air conditioning. Each bedroom also had its own bathroom with a shower. The beach was just a 10-minute walk and had three playgrounds for children. The port was only 15-minute walk, offering plenty of options for dining and activities.
There are no things that we didn't like.

We stayed in this wonderful house from October 8th to 16th, and it was absolutely phenomenal! There were six of us, including a small child, and everyone had their own space to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms upstairs are very well soundproofed — even if people are talking or having fun downstairs, you can’t hear a thing upstairs.
The entire property is beautifully maintained. Garden and pool staff came regularly to take care of the area, which was always spotless and pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful — definitely not a party place, which we really appreciated. Most of the nearby houses are also rented by older guests, so the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
It’s a perfect place for families with children. There are three playgrounds nearby, as well as shops within walking distance. It’s also very easy to get to the marina, and the main road close to the house takes you along the entire town, full of restaurants and beach spots.
If you rent a car, you can easily explore many parts of Cyprus — we managed to see so much during our stay!
I can wholeheartedly recommend this house. We would love to come back again, and I’ll be recommending it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Cyprus.
