Incantevole bilocale a Città Giardino

I loved how personal and cozy the apartment felt, with books, films and CDs everywhere — especially the Wallace and Calvino books by the sofa. It felt like a real home with a lot of character, not a generic rental. The neighbourhood is a little away from the main sights, but that made it very quiet and relaxing.

Nothing major. The only small drawback is that the apartment is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, so sightseeing requires some planning and public transport. For me, this was balanced by how peaceful the area was.

La casa es super cómoda, muy linda, luminosa y estaba impecable. La zona es accesible, hay varios buses que te llevan a la estación o al centro de Roma que pasan con mucha regularidad. Muchas gracias por todo!

Very good value for money, whole flat equipped with basic useful amenities. The flat has a nice 'home vibe' (unlike most of the airbnb copy/paste apartments nowadays). Good contact with the host The flat is located in rather remote area from the city center, but during a 3 nights stay we didn't have problems getting into the city using bus/metro. It just involved a bit of walking to the bus stop. Well equipped shop is also nearby

Kitchen/dining furnitures have seen better days.. Kitchen area looks like it used to be flooded. But the functionality is not compromised, just parts of the floor, table and couch are visually damaged from below The keys need replacement.. It took a while to make the door lock work -> probably poor quality of key copy + the key to the front gate and second door looked exactly the same, so it was very uncomfortable standing in the rain not being able to get through the first door at first (poor key quality + not sure if it's even the right one)
