Lo q mas me gusto es q era amplio y confortable.

Q solo tenia un baño y para cinco personas es complicado ponerse de acuerdo , el agua de la ducha salía con poca presión y más fría q caliente es lo único negativo q le veo yo a la estancia por lo demás todo perfecto , bueno y q a las 7 y media de la mañana trabajaban en la fachada del edificio y hacían ruido , un poco de mala suerte en ese sentido .

L’ampiezza e la comodità dei locali, la pulizia delle lenzuola, la vicinanza a negozi, bar, ristoranti, supermercati nonché alla stazione Tiburtina e al suo Metro.

La carente manutenzione di porte e infissi, l’assenza di un forno a microonde e di un portaoggetti nella doccia. La pulizia dell’ambiente potrebbe essere meglio curata.

A very comfortable flat in a residential neighbourhood of Rome. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom modern and squeeky-clean, both bedrooms with plenty of room and large, comfortable beds. Some shops and bus stops within a 5-minute walk.

The biggest issue was the intermittent nature of the water heater for the shower - sometimes it would send boiling water, sometimes freezing cold, and sometimes it would switch between the two every couple of minutes. This could really use getting looked at! Also, the bar stools were extremely wobbly - they felt like they could fold underneath us at any time (though didn't). The nearest metro station is a 15-minute walk away, which is fine if you don't mind walking, but might be an inconvenience to some.
