Close to Tiburtina train station, location is good. Staff is very pleasant, they allowed us to check out 2 hours later than original check out time.

Overall our stay was really great🫶🏻

The location of the property was excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, so it's very convenient for buying food and other essentials. The locals we met were friendly and helpful, even though most did not speak English. Public transport is easily accessible, with metro and bus stations just a short walk away. If you're driving, getting to the main attractions is straightforward, and navigating the roads adds to the experience of exploring Rome.

The property does not have its own parking, however you can just park anywhere in the street. The property charge you with the tax in cash, so better to have cash with you.

Spacious with all the bits and pieces you need.

Only met the host once but he gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment. A well equipped apt had everything you need. Roughly 400 yards to Tiburtina station. Enjoyed regular visits to a hamburger (Spanish?) place across the main road to chill out after a long day touring. We felt secure.

It may not have the charm, views or presentation of what you expect from a holiday stay, somewhat nondescript. But it was spacious, clean and had everything you need.

Nice and clean apartment, good host

The apartment was completely clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils, air conditioning, and bathroom accessories. The rooms faced a quiet inner courtyard. The Tiburtina train and metro station is a ten-minute walk from the accommodation. There is a supermarket, tobacco shop, cafe, fast food restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Our host was friendly and polite, he handled the arrival time flexibly, and he always answered messages quickly.

Just a little out of the way if you want to do more touristy things, but definitely if you want to feel like a local this is a good spot.

Good

The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, the bathroom was large. The apartment had everything we needed, the host even left us a few coffee capsules. It is located near the metro station (700m), but unfortunately Rome has a bad metro system, so it might not be useful. From there we took line B to the Colosseum and from there we walked everything. You can change or transfer to the A line that leads to the Vatican, which is also good, but it is not possible to visit Trastevere by metro. Thanks to the host who waited for us longer than agreed because we had difficulties with the traffic jam.

The negative sides are that the neighbor next door (apartment adjoining the bedroom of this apartment) apparently intentionally plays the television on maximum from 9 o'clock in the evening until 5 in the morning. The impression is as if we are next to the television. I am afraid that the neighbor is doing this on purpose to harm the host, but this is a matter that he must resolve as soon as possible with him because we have not been able to sleep for several nights after exhausting days. The noise did not stop and I say again that I have the impression that someone is doing this on purpose so that this apartment would not be rented out because he did not change the channels all the time. Also, when you turn off the TV for a few minutes, hoping it's over and you'll fall asleep, it continues even harder. I would also like to point out that the apartment is converted from one large apartment, so you only share the entrance to the apartment where there is a corridor for two apartments (left and right), which have their own separate bathrooms and separate locks. We didn't know that in advance.

Great!

The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for three people. Right next to the apartment building is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, the station and many stores. We also had access to a washing machine if we would need it. We had a nice time!

The only thing that could improve is to have a microwave.

The apartment was not clean. There were enough space for four people, and cupboards and furniture for clothes and other amenities. However, nothing was clean. There were dust everywhere. The neighborhood of the apartment is also not clean.

Everything was ok ... apartment, location, transport conections, friendly neighborhood. Market and bakery nearby...also restaurants and bars...other shops. Next to the apartment there is like a coffe bar and tobacco shop ( tabacchi )-all in one, where you can buy tickets for transport. Very convenient.

Very clean aparrment, with everything we need, 5 minutes away from Tiburtina station, connected to both airports and center of the city. Big enough and confortable for family with 2 kids. Although is on main street, it is peaceful for sleeping.

It's like small apartment, you have pretty bathroom, kitchen with all you need (even with oil and coffee express). TV has the Internet connection and also access to Netflix, so you don't need to worry about watching Italian tv. Next to accomodation is big train & bus station, there is also metro station so you can drive to a city of Rome in about 10-15 minutes. I totally recommend!

Departamento muy cómodo, alejado del centro. Hay que caminar unos 10 miutos para tomar el bus o el metro para ir al centro. Muy cerca de cafeterías. Hicimos auto check in y auto check out

La TV del vecino se escuchaba muy fuerte. Además, tuvimos que pagar 36 € extra que no habíamos visto en la letra chica, lo que fue complicado resolver xq nos enteramos después del check out

Skvelý pobyt v Ríme

Check in, komunikácia, čistota, vybavenosť bytu, pomerne dobrá lokalita, supermarket, reštaurácie a kaviarne v okolí, jednoduchý prístup do apartmánu. Na stanicu metra Tiburtina cca 15 min chôdze. Potešil kávovar a kávové kapsle na stole :)

Hlučný sused, ktorý o polnoci mal nahlas pustenú TV, ale za to ubytovanie nemôže. Chýbal odkvapkáváč riadu, ale je to naozaj iba drobnosť, chápem, že v kuchynu už na to príliš nebol priestor.

Ottimo sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Appartamento abbastanza spazioso, pulito e personale cordiale al check in. Bagno ampio e comodo. In generale c'è tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno comodo e tranquillo. Zona vivace e piena di negozi, supermercati, bar e servizi per qualsiasi evenienza. Non lontano dalla stazione di Tiburtina. L'host molto disponibile per chiarimenti e informazioni. Buon rapporto qualità - prezzo.
