Excellent location of property to stay overnights mostly for solo or couple travelers with a car. To enjoy endless beautiful landscapes when driving among small Tuscany towns and villages. Next to property decent food store to fill up your emptied vine bar at end of a day :)

A peaceful stay in Arezzo.

Location is walking distance to a large supermarket, which makes it easy to shop. The apartment has everything needed to be able cook and eat, and comes with a dishwasher to help clean up afterwards. The fridge and freezer is ample for everything you would need. The bathroom has a large shower box and a clothes washer. The room is large enough for two people and the air conditioning/heating units are more than enough. The owner is kind and very welcoming and available for any need. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Appartamento curato e dotato di ogni confort. Molto spazioso. C era tutto il necessario, anche di più. Proprietario molto disponibile. Un po' fuori dal centro ma facile da raggiungere (15 mn circa a piedi). Consigliato

Alloggio super comodo. Ben fornito di tutto. Colazione fai da te ben fornita , dolce, salata e frutta. Lavatrice. Lavastoviglie. Tutti i prodotti x l’igiene personale. Prodotti per la pulizia della casa.Con parcheggio interno e con un giardino recintato, comodo x chi ha un cane. Vicino ad un supermercato e a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro della città. Zona tranquilla.

Una comodissima casa vacanze vicino al centro di Arezzo

Un alloggio a poca distanza dal centro di Arezzo, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La casa è molto accogliente, comoda e pulita. Colazione già pronta per il mattino dopo. Il gestore è stato sempre reperibile, e molto disponibile per aiutarci con eventuali imprevisti.

Questo appartamento è una casettina indipendente bellissima, arredata con gusto, pulita alla perfezione. Circondata da piacevole giardino, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Comodissima posizione a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro! Proprietario gentile e disponibile, ottima accoglienza. Casa dotata di tutto anche per preparare in autonomia colazione dolce/salata, davvero eccezionale, non manca nulla!!!

L'appartamento include tutti i comfort che ci si può aspettare: - giardino con posteggio privato; - camera matrimoniale climatizzata grande e accogliente; - soggiorno con angolo cottura ampio e fornito per cucinare; - biancheria pulita, con ulteriore cambio; - lavatrice e stendino; - finestre in ogni punto della casa che la rendono luminosa e arieggiata; - supermercato a pochi metri; - ecc… Mauro è super cortese, gentile e soprattutto presente e disponibile.

Hele aardige verhuurders, de auto staat veilig, ruim en schoon, prima ontbijt. Grote supermarkt om de hoek. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Leuke tuin.

Het is ‘s avonds toch wel wat ver en beetje verlaten om naar huis te lopen vanaf het centrum.

Una vacanza in pieno relax!

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, il giardino è stato molto utile per la mia canetta. Lo spazio esterno, totalmente recintato mi ha permesso di farla svagare in sicurezza. La camera matrimoniale è grande e accogliente, il soggiorno con angolo cottura è ampio e comodo per cucinare. Asciugamani puliti, lavatrice funzionante e molto capiente, finestre in ogni punto della casa che necessita di un cambio d'aria. Stendino e mollette per stendere i panni comodamente. Mauro è stato veramente cortese, gentile e soprattutto super disponibile. Posso dire che si è creata un'amicizia.

Super Wohnung, alles da.

Mauro hat sich super um uns gekümmert, wir duften sogar die eBikes in seiner Garage laden. Alles flexibel, Küche gut ausgestattet, viel Platz. Gute Lage. Für Selbstkocher direkt neben einem Supermarkt. Aber ruhig. Gerne wieder.

La casa è fantastica, tutto nuovo, spaziosa, pulita, presente tutto il necessario e anche di più, parcheggio privato, supermercato a 20 metri. Non si può chiedere di meglio. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento ad Arezzo per il futuro.
