Yacouta Riad and Spa

Great staff very friendly , the riad was nice no real issues

We did feel pressured to use their taxi service which we later realised was more than double the cost of an uber, it’s a shame as the staff were all great and couldn’t do enough for you this felt like a money making scheme designed to get as much out if you as possible , they also advised not to eat out and to eat in the Riad we didn’t take them up on this advice

All the staff were lovely. A special shoutout to young Mohamed, who was incredibly kind and professional, and to the older gentleman who served us breakfast, who was equally warm and attentive. The manager was also very friendly and professional. A wonderful team all around. Also, everything is very clean.

The bathroom was quite small, and it would have been helpful to have more shelves and storage space for our toiletries and clothes. As this seems to be a recurring point in other guests’ reviews, it’s definitely something worth addressing to improve the overall experience. The bed was fine, although both the mattress and pillows could have been more comfortable. That said, if you prefer a firmer mattress and high pillows, you’ll probably be perfectly happy.

We had an amazing stay at this riad! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The private transfers to restaurants and the airport were especially convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring Marrakech. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Had sun-loungers, a dip pool on the terrace and an onsite restaurant. Comfortable bed and quality sheets. Powerful shower and v friendly staff.

The room was tiny and over crowded, noisy, and dark. It felt too close to the reception with everyone walking around and chatting. The bathroom was a squeeze. I’d say maximum 25cm to get past the sink and door to the toilet or shower! The shower was powerful but projected outwards resulting in a flooded room. I booked the Riad as I thought it had a clean boutique vibe but it wasn’t clean enough and the decorating wasn’t finished to any kind of standard acceptable. The rose petals on the bed were odd and the spa overpriced so we didn’t use it.
