Wonderful!

Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious, so clean, comfortable beds, and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was more than we ever anticipated. Nice variety, fresh ingredients, lovely flavors. Close to 7-11. Massage on site was great. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Almost the best!

A place where quality meets perfection. Ir's hard not to like this place. But if something will go wrong just tell the owners and they will do everything to fix it. We loved staying here! Amazing food and drinks, wunderful bed and superclean room. Everything is just close to perfektion.We will be back.

Fantastic relaxing holiday

Fantastic location right on the beach, spotlessly clean, good food and Charlie and Chris are great hosts, couldn't do enough for nothing was too much. All in all a very relaxing holiday we will definitely be back!!

Stunning location, wonderful hotel

Absolutely wonderful hotel on a stunning beach in Koh Lanta. Our room was huge and well equipped, with a view to die for! We looked out directly out to the beach and sea beyond. We could see the Phi Phi islands from the hotel. The food and drink in the hotel were well prepared and very tasty (food). The cocktails were great.

A very minor criticism is speed of service, not in terms of the time taken to serve food or drink but the time taken to take an order. Somewhat slow. The hotel would probably sell more drinks if they took orders more quickly, we definitely would have had a few more cocktails if the waiters came to us more frequently!

Comfortable stay in a quiet location

A little outdated in feel, but the bed & pillows were really comfortable. The location was very quiet, and having a restaurant right on the beach was a big plus.

Checkout outside of normal reception hours (8am - 6pm) could have been explained more clearly.

We really like this place. The staff is very friendly. Close to the beach, it takes 30 seconds to go from your room to the beach. Exceptional ocean view. The bar/restaurant is excellent. Large room, very large and comfy bed.

Romantic place with a view to the sea

It was such a great choice, very clean, the owner helping and talking to guests, awesome food and cocktails, good prices, beautiful beach just in front of the hotel, even from the room on the ground floor we could see the sea, the rooms have huge windows so it feels like a villa. We ended up adding 2 nights to the initial stay and they organized it well so we didn't have to move rooms.

There was some sewer smell in the bathroom, but it's a general problem in Thailand.

An amazing boutique hotel, with an amazing pool, on an amazing beach, on an amazing island.

Charlie and her team were really amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful. From helping me make a call to a nearby yoga study, helping to have my laundry sent out, and any other questions I had, they were all very attentive and I was greeted with such warm smiles. The team was really superb. The room we had provided an excellent view of the ocean and pool, it was really spacious, the shower was great, AC worked excellent. I would really recommend staying here if it is available. Don't hesitate, they book out fast.

Had an amazing week at Jai Tiki! The food was super tasty with plenty choice on the menu. The staff and owners are incredibly kind and really make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious with super comfy beds, and the pool with sea view is just perfect. Would 100% come back🩵

Incredibly comfy room and very welcoming team!

Amazing room…comfy bed, lush bathroom big space and an incredible view with the sunset from both the room, balcony and pool. You can feel how much love and heart is being put into this dream and place.

Nothing, the beach in front had quite a lot of washed rubbish which I guess is because of the season and the storms that happen during this period.

Clean hotel and kind staff but a bit dead during off season

Very clean spacious room, right by the beach. The staff were also very kind and accommodating throughout our stay :)

Bar and restaurant were closed so the hotel was a ghost town… didn’t have much life. Also the beach was incredibly underwhelming, it was completely trashed up! But I guess it didn’t help that it was off season and it was raining during our stay there so because of this, the place didn’t look inviting. Perhaps it would have been different if we stayed there during peak season and good weather.

Perfect stay

We had an amazing stay at Jai Tiki, the location is excellent, peaceful and yet close to several shops (7/11 is across the road) , bars and restaurants. The staff members and owners were very sweet, helpful and welcoming. I loved waking up to the beautiful ocean view and drinking my morning coffee on the terrace or finishing the day with one of their beautiful cocktails and watching the sunset. I would love to visit this place again someday and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little slice of paradise 🏝️

Amazing stay - great comfort and great cocktails with the friendliest hosts!

Absolutely everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food and drinks were amazing and the staff are the absolute best! Its size, personal touch and the way it is run really do make it feel like you are being hosted by friends. I also had an accident there and they made every effort to make sure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Amazing stay, lovely owners and perfect ocean view!

Usually Jai Tiki is sold out, but I adjusted my stay to enjoy 3 nights of my stay in Koh Lanta over there & it was absolutely worth it. Charlie and Chris, a super lovely couple, are managing this place and do an excellent job. Their uncomplicated way of being made the stay very pleasant. The food in the restaurant was super delicious and location is just perfect, a pool in front of the beach. One of the few beaches in Thailand still clean and enjoyable.

Nothing, maybe they can think of expanding and offer more rooms in the future ;)

A flawless stay- 10/10

We had a fantastic stay at Jai Tiki. The establishment is right on the beach and the rooms are incredibly clean and spacious. There is an overall layer of refinement across the whole place from quality beds and linen modern aircon (with clean filters). The menu is very well thought out and we enjoyed drinking copious cocktails each evening. Charley and Chris are fantastic hosts and always ensured we were happy and comfortable. It really felt homely we were sad to have not stayed longer.

Was perfect. Very modern, clean and well kept. Amazing value for money. Pool was clean and location was perfect. 1min walk to 7-eleven , and right on beach front. Staff were so lovely and helpful, and the owners charlie and chris were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again!

Beautiful, very relax and the perfect place to stay in Koh Lanta

I was with my partner for 4 nights, we wanted to extend one more night and there was any problem and in fact we are thinking about going back. It was absolutely amazing place to stay. Charlie and Chris are very kind and always helpful. The views from are fantastic and super relax. The food is really great and the cocktails one of the best in Koh Lanta. Also it is very well located close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it 💞. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful stay

We were very pleased with our stay at Jai Tiki. The location is stunning with beautiful views from the balcony or over the infinity pool overlooking the beach. The pool and the gardens are immaculately kept and clean. We also enjoyed our happy-hour cocktails watching the sunset. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant too, which were delicious The rooms are clean, comfortable bed with crisp bedding and spacious with ample storage space for clothes. Charlie and Chris made us feel very welcome and were gracious hosts. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und wunderschön gelegen direkt am Strand! Das Zimmer war gross und das Bett sehr bewquem. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Atmosphäre sehr entspannt und ruhig. Das Essen war super; Pilates mit Meerblick wunderschön!
