The number of bathrooms/toilets, flow of the house with excellent conservatory, not a big garden but nice private outdoor area to the front of the house with seating & a barbeque, dog friendly & felt like a home from home with all necessary appliances & equipment.

It is called Blue HILL house for a reason.
