Spacious, en suites,

only 1 toilet roll per room, we had 7 people staying for 4 nights so that wasn't good. Only 1 small scrub and cheap washing cloth for the full stay. Not even 1 washing tab or powder in case we forgot any. We had to buy all this. Dishwasher did not work. properly. 1 ring on top of oven wouldn't work, kept flicking as wouldn't light. I'm afraid we found the outside eating area rather dirty and the furniture. However said all this we enjoyed the property, BUT I feel you need to action on the above for future residents stay.

Great accommodation good location

Upstairs bedroom blind didn’t close and TV in that room not working. Minor quibbles only

Spacious living areas. Good cooking facilities and very well equipped. Loved the conservatory. Very clean. Fantastic location for access to the town, lake and walks.

There was a drop down to some water on the front of the property which was a little worrying with the dog - could have been fenced off. It would have been nice to have an enclosed garden area. The griddle on the bbq was rusty/dirty
