Nice apartment and good position and nice surroundings. Well connected with the city center and perfect for families.

The cleaning level is well below our standards. We found hair in the shower, and the kitchen, cutlery, and plates were dirty.

The property is located quite far from the city centre, which made commuting less convenient than expected. In addition, there was a noticeable patch of mould in the washroom, something I was not made aware of at the time of booking. The apartment itself was on the 3rd floor with no lift, which added to the inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage. On the first day of my stay, there was no hot water available. I had to chase the booking team multiple times, who in turn had to contact the owner. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth communication with delayed responses, which was both frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations. The combination of location, maintenance issues, lack of basic facilities, and poor communication made the experience disappointing and far from smooth.
