El olor del baño y de tabaco en la estancia y por la mañana al despertar. En Turquia se fuma en sitios cerrados y desde recepcion subia olor de tabaco muy fuerte. Molesto al despertar.

Терраса-- это компенсатор любых мелких проблем. Консьерж всегда на связи и помогала во всех возникавших просьбах, в том числе организовывала трансфер из аэропорта. Она очень милая и отзывчивая.

I stayed several days. They said I shouldn’t drink the water, but did not provide daily water. They provided a hotpot to heat water, but no tea or coffee packets. These are the minimal that all hotels provide, but they did not. The room provided was behind the hotel desk and near the entrance so it was noisy.

Generally clean, and reception person is available online through what’s app. They agreed also to change our bedding clothing couple of times.

- Misinformation about terrace - in description it says that apartment features a terrace. But in fact there is only one terrace on top as common area. - Plus description doesn’t say that in two bedroom apartment, one of the bedrooms is combined with kitchen and living room (it’s basically one room) and it has no windows. Air is scarce at night there. - When I wanted to leave due to these things (especially when I slept first time in that “bedroom” without windows), they refused to refund the remaining nights. They took no responsibility for misinformation, even after Bookjng.com customer service contacted them. - To get apartment not on the sane floor with reception, they asked for additional pay.
