I stayed at Kubbe House for 7 nights (25 May to 1 June) & had a really great experience.
The property is spacious & in an excellent location—about a 5-minute walk to Beyazit tram station, 5–10 minutes to the Grand Bazaar, and roughly 10–15 minutes on foot to the Blue Mosque. It’s very convenient for exploring the main historical sights in the area.
One of the best parts is how lively and convenient the surroundings are. There are plenty of restaurants just less than 50 steps from the house—no exaggeration! You definitely won’t go hungry at night, with so many food options available nearby.
The host, Abdullah, is very friendly & welcoming. He provided clear instructions & regularly checked in to see if anything was needed during the stay, which made everything smooth & comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable & convenient stay in Istanbul.
There was a little bit of noise at night on some days due to the vibrant street food area & proximity to the Grand Bazaar, but it was not every night & didn’t significantly affect the stay. Overall, no complaints & a very enjoyable & convenient stay in Istanbul.

The location is convenient. Near to the tram station. Restaurants is very nearby, and a lot of choices.
No lift. It is quite a hassle to carry our luggages up.
