the staff arranged a replacement room in Laos hotel nearby
the room had one double bed whereas we selected 2 twin beds. after a bit of argument the host provided replacement room in Laos hotel nearby. The hotel has no private parking despite description on the booking.com. it is extremely difficult to get to the hotel by car, so i had to leave the car on a paid parking by the metro station. Don't trust description on booking.com, always explicitly contact the hotel and ask for specific bed types and parking.
