The place was very clean. It had enough appliances for a short stay. The AC was working probably. Location was in a very charming downtown alley.
There was no elevator, “Apartment - ground floor “ on booking.com was misleading for us! , but the owner said he will fix this with booking.com

It sounds like i had a great experience, where the excellent facilities and great amenities perfectly met needs and also near to sea side. Recommended to spend holidays in this location.

Good location, with a very good value restaurant at the entrance. The beds were comfortable and there were utensils in the cabinets and a pan. It's an ok choice if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep and you're visiting during the day.
The wardrobes smelled very badly and we could not use them. There was AC in only one of the bedrooms and in the other one, there was a boiler which started randomly during the night and woke us up.
The window from one of the bedrooms was facing a wall and the outside unit of the AC and there was a hole in the kitchen window (probably where the boiler was intended to go initially).
Also, there is no fan or window in the bathroom and we had no balcony, unlike what it shows in the photos (stayed in room 1).
