Loft élégant climatisé, Centre-ville Lyon Terreaux

The accommodation was cozy, nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped. It has a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The a/c was absolutely necessary as I arrived during a heatwave. The flat is centrally located and has easy access to Metro and buses. You can easily walk along the rivers and the little streets of Lyon. The are many supermarkets (monoprix and carrefour) and boulangeries in a short distance. The museum of Fine Arts and the Town Hall are just across the street.

The entrance of the building is not attractive, but the flat did not disappoint us. There is a lift that stops one floor below the flat. However, the stair that leads to the flat is old and narrow, but soon we got used to it. If you have mobility problems this flat might not be appropriate for you.

There is a lift in the building, to the 4th floor. The property is on the 5th,so if you struggle with stairs…

Die Lage ist exzellent, im Zentrum neben dem Rathaus und doch ruhig, trotz des lebhaften Betriebs auf Platz und Strasse. Die Wohnung hat viel Charme und ist schön und praktisch ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr gut, ebenso die flexible Beleuchtung, die sich jeweils den momentanen Bedürfnissen anpassen lässt. Wir fühlten uns dort ausserordentlich wohl.

Es gab nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hätte.

The location of the property is very central. A less then a minute walk from place des terreaux. 15 min walk to the old town. The staff is very friendly and very responsive.

The property in my opinion can get a makeover. You see here and there some cracks in the wall. The sofa and bed were very low for me. The property is very expensive for what you get, but I guess you are also paying for the location. Also please note that you need to clean your own trash and throw it away in the designated garbage room in the building.
