Perfect for two, but can squeeze in three with a double bed in the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living area. You’ll have a kitchen with the basics, fresh towels, toiletries, Wi-Fi, and 24/7 support if you need a hand.
Heads-up: It’s cosy, and the mezzanine is only about 1m high, so you can’t stand up in it. We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, and can still enjoy a comfortable, convenient stay with GuestReady Essential.

Prime location in the city center of Lyon, it’s a dynamic district where you will find a lot of historic monuments like Hôtel de ville, Opéra, or Amphithéâtre des Trois Gaules. Symbol of the city thanks to the architecture, You will be able to visit bohemian and artistic neighbourhood of Croix-Rousse with the montée de la Grande Côte or to stroll the famous Rue de la République known for its shopping area. Many activities during the day or in the evening, you will find all amenities, grocery stores, bars, restaurants.
Hotel de Ville station on the metro line A is at 100 meters from the apartment.
Many bus lines to get to Part-Dieu, Bellecour, Fourvière ...
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

Simple apartment but very good location
: Apartment with very good location, right in the centre. Fairly simply furnished but fine for city break.
You couldn't stand up on the upper level so you had to kinda shuffle/crawl to the top of the stairs.
Couldn't find any heating which wasn't ideal as it was getting cold in lyon.

The flat was perfect for my stay in Lyon. The location was close to everything including the metro. Everything you could need for a short stay was available in the flat, and the communication from GuestReady was excellent. If you’re staying in Lyon I would highly reccomend staying here.

Jamais reçu le mail m'indiquant les consignes et code pour mon arrivée ( reçu suite à mon appel à la conciergerie interlocuteur très compréhensif )
Le lit en mezzanine se résume à un matelas, certes confortable mais posé à même le sol.
Pas de bol ou mug pour prendre un thé ( que des verres ou petites tasses à café)
Sol à peine propre ( plusieurs petits morceaux de câbles électriques se trouvaient sur le tapis qui n'avait pas du croiser l'aspirateur...)
Pas de papier toilette en réserve et seulement quelques feuilles sur le rouleau présent !!!!
C'est dommage, la localisation est parfaite.
