Mandira Unawatuna - очень приятная и комфортная вилла, отлично подошла для семейного проживания. Мы снимали виллу для семьи. В доме две отдельные комнаты и кухня, на территории находится всего одно здание, поэтому ощущение уединения и тишины. Внутри всё в хорошем состоянии, выглядит достаточно новым и ухоженным. Есть кондиционеры, стиральная машинка, а также вся необходимая кухонная утварь, чтобы без проблем приготовить еду. Расположение не прямо у пляжа, но это не стало минусом. За 500 рупий можно доехать на тук-туке за 5 минут, и мы совершенно не испытывали неудобств. Зато место очень тихое - утром просыпаешься под звуки природы, без шума и суеты. Территория красивая и ухоженная, большие пальмы, много зелени, приятная атмосфера для отдыха и перезагрузки. Могу смело рекомендовать эту виллу, особенно для семей или тех, кто ценит тишину, комфорт и спокойствие.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandira Villa in Unawatuna and truly enjoyed every moment. The villa is located within walking distance of Unawatuna railway station, which is incredibly convenient. Even if you don’t plan to travel by train, it’s always very easy to explain the location to tuk-tuk or PickMe drivers. The villa is situated in its own private yard, which gives a great sense of privacy and calm. A special thank you to Mr. Siri, who lives nearby and was always ready to help us with anything — calling a tuk-tuk, arranging a car, or assisting with any questions. We are very grateful to him 🙏 The villa has two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom, and a comfortable kitchen-living area. Everything was clean, and the villa feels quite new. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking. We also really appreciated that the villa is well isolated from local fauna, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly loved our time here and hope to come back again. Highly recommended!

Excellent option for living. Any questions and difficulties the owner solves quickly. The house and furniture are in good order. Apartments correspond to their photos (which is a rarity on buking) All appliances and furniture in good condition, everything works properly. There are dishes in the house. We cooked breakfast every day. Hot water in the house is available , just ask the owners to explain how to turn it on. Air conditioners cool properly, if you are afraid to sleep with the air conditioner on, there is a wall fan in one of the bedrooms, it is directed to the bed. Location is good. 10-15 minutes walk to the main road colombo-matara road, on the way you will meet the railway station Unawatuna from where you can leave to other cities or just ride the train, and you can also use it as a reference point for tuk-tuk drivers. Food. On the way to colombo-matara road there is a cafe (The garden house) where you can eat or grab a bite to eat. The price tag is a bit higher, but always tasty and fresh. Cabs. You can order a pickMe here without any problems. Because on the main street and in the tourist areas there are Bombilas, which do not allow typical cab drivers. Security. There is a safe in the house. The owners never enter the house without you. In your presence always asked permission to enter. Very decent and well mannered people. The owners of the apartment are very nice and hospitable people. We had a change of arrival time 1 day later, and in Booking booking dates could not be changed. The hosts didn't charge us for this day, we only paid the tax fee of Booking. Several times they treated us to bananas from their plot. P.S If you are going to rent these apartments, bring something tasty to the owners. For example, our sweets, chocolates, etc. Because the owners have grandchildren, they will be pleased. chocolate on the island is different from ours, and the usual chocolate Milka is absent in in the stores.
