Very wonderful stay super friendly host, very comfortable beds, very clean, everything was perfect!

Top notch place to stay in Unawatuna, Kris was very helpful from the start, was kind enough to take us around on his tuk-tuk as well. His wife prepared us some good breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Gorgeous stay, very spacious and tidy, amazing view

This was by far our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. As soon as we arrived, we asked if we could extend our stay, which probably says it all! The property itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed and carefully curated by the owner, Kris. There are so many little details that make you feel instantly at home, which was a lovely change from some of the other places we stayed that could feel quite clinical and basic. We especially loved the indoor-outdoor design and having breakfast on our private terrace. The plunge pool was also such a great touch and perfect for cooling off. Kris himself was incredibly welcoming and genuinely made us feel at home. He checked in on us every day, gave us lots of helpful recommendations and advice, and was always happy to help with anything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. One of those places that makes you wish you had booked for longer!

The property is tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of Unawatuna, so you’ll definitely need to rely on tuk-tuks to get around. The property is in a village setting, so there can be some noise from the surrounding area.
