The property was great. The location was great too.

Stay cay was terrible not only were we ambushed with 50 emailsl at all hrs of day and night even at 3-15 am and 4-00am which was so rude considering these are the last few weeks i have to spendwith my husband as he is very unwell he only has 10% left of his heart working. Also after we booked and paid then charged us a security fee after the fact and are trying to charge me for cleaning fees for this room which I left clean anyway in the condition it was in when I came except making the bed and a couple of towels being dirty. Now they have refused to give back out security fee. Also they were very rude in there emails about the security fee with emails to the effect of saying Hello, have you payed that money yet.

Got confused with the instructions to check without a car, couldn't gain access to the main door, ended up in one of the other towers via the parking garage, one of the office workers directed us to the correct building. Would have like a small carton of milk to make a coffee after our late evening arrival, following this, the apartment proved to be very luxurious and comfortable, with all facilities present.

Fantastic location and views.

Having to walk to get the keys, after a 18 hour trip, then return them after our stay was unreasonable.
