This architectural choice may result in greater air circulation and occasional dust compared to a fully enclosed villa. This bohemian, nature-oriented spirit is an integral part of the villa’s charm and character.

Air Conditioning et Ventilation

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the Master Suite only. All other bedrooms and living areas are fitted with fans.

Thanks to its exceptional panoramic views and large floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the villa is designed to remain widely open, allowing for constant natural ventilation. This architectural concept explains the absence of air conditioning in the other areas while maintaining a pleasant indoor climate.

Although the villa enjoys strong morning sunlight, its east-facing orientation ensures that it remains comfortable and cool in the late afternoon and evening, without excessive heat. The combination of natural airflow, light, and openness makes the villa particularly pleasant to live in, even during the summer months.
