Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a shared swimming pool for rent in the town of Saint-François. It has a floor area of 66 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 50 m².
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a sofa and TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m (unheated, fenced and secure). Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions.
- A lovely 50 m² garden (unfenced)
- A private 27 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
