About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Saint-François. It has a floor area of 66 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 50 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a double sofa bed and TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet and washbasin
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
Communal areas:
- A shared (unheated) swimming pool (8×4 m), open all year round and secured by a fence
- A lovely 50 m² garden, not enclosed
The house is ideally situated in Saint-François, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
