Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Saint-François. It has a floor area of 66 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of around 50 m².

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A shared 4m x 8m swimming pool (unheated, fenced and secure). Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions.
- A lovely, unfenced garden of 50 m²
- A private terrace of 26 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days
