Cutlery wasn’t clean,Found a glass 1/2 full of water in the cupboard Spiderwebs in places Vacuum Cleaner filthy and had to cut hair and stuff from the spinning wheel-took photos BBQ filthy.

The dirtiness of the property. There was multiple hairs in the fridge, each shelf was disgusting and left dirty. The bathrooms had hair stuck to the walls and sinks. The beds had long black hairs on them. The towels were all stained. The couch had old chocolate bars in between the cushions, and just the overall cleanliness of a standard holiday accommodation was lacking. There was barely any hand soap left in the bathrooms or kitchen. We had to buy our own from Woolworths. The kitchen utensils and plates were not clean. The BBQ was left in a horrendous state, it had to be cleaned multiple times for use. The fridge didn't work the whole first day we were there - the staff from McGrath, who were ultra helpful, had to find a portable fridge for us to use in the meantime. The Marina staff entered our property with no notice to come and check the fridge. They knocked on the door once or twice, and didn't really allow time for us to come down. When I ran down the stairs, they were already inside asking if they could come up, as they "saw we were awake from the balcony"...
