I like the location because its close to the shopping centers. I also like the secure parking and accesability. The house was also spacious.
It would be best if they had a full oven rather than a small electric one. Oven cooking was limited because of that. The electric bbq grill was not functional they should double check if its really working. The stove area doesn't have an exhaust so the whole place is smelly when your cooking.

Great location. Central to everything. Great water views. Spacious and big bathroom/laundry.
Alot of spider webs. Inside and out. On every window. Looks like no one had been there for a while. Kitchen was not very good...not family friendly. Had to use a portable stove which took up all the bench space. Only one power point, So had to put kettle in living room.

Noticed a few bugs in the dishwasher but everything else had no issues
