Welcome to Bay Vista Penthouse – Heart of Nelson Bay, the epitome of leisure and comfort nestled in the vibrant heart of Nelson Bay. This exquisitely located penthouse promises a memorable stay just steps away from boutique shopping, charming cafes, lively bars, and the renowned D'Albora Marina.
Step off of the lift and into expansive harbour views with our open-plan living area, seamlessly extending to one of four private balconies. One of which is accessed by a door adjacent to the entry door and is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor setting, for alfresco dining.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art cooking facilities, an air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, family-sized fridge/freezer. The dining room opens onto a balcony and features a 10-seater table, perfect for group meals and creating lasting memories. A convenient and private internal laundry with washing and drying facilities is at your disposal.
The Penthouse boasts five generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes an ensuite, TV, and a private balcony. Bedrooms three and four also feature balcony access, allowing the refreshing sea breeze to flow through the penthouse, should you choose not to use the ducted air conditioning. The main bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a soothing spa bath, toiletries, shower, vanity, and toilet.
Secure parking is available with three dedicated car spaces in the undercover garage.

BOND - $1000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with a ring door bell.
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

Five night stay with old school friends in this oversize Penthouse suite, extremely clean, beautifully furnished, with crisp clean sheets and very comfortable beds. Pleasant views over the bay, within walking distance to Marina and restaurants. Well worth the stay!

What a great stay. The Penthouse was just lovely. Clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed. It was a great size for 6 people with 2 bathrooms. The only thing I would change, is maybe take out the big mats located in the living and bedroom areas. I feel this could prove to be a tripping hazard, especially for older guests. Work was being done on the rooftop, so we couldn't use the balconies, which was a little disappointing. Restaurants and shopping were located very close by.All in all a wonderful stay.

Overall experience was not great! The day we arrived the building lift wasn’t working we had to walk up the stairs to the last level with my elderly mum and baby was horrible experience. The house wasn’t that clean especially the bed sheets wasn’t even washed luckily we had brought our own bed sheets despite that my nephew had bed bugs bites all over his body so not great experience.
