Worthy place in good location

Very good location, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, hairdryer, drying rack, coffee machine, washing machine – everything you might need. The host was very kind and communication via WhatsApp was excellent. The apartment was clean overall, only a few hairs noticed in the bathroom. Quiet and peaceful place, although in the morning you can hear dogs barking, which could wake light sleepers.

On the downside, there was no air conditioning, which might be uncomfortable during hot days, and in the early morning you can hear dogs barking, which could disturb light sleepers.

A localização é excelente e a limpeza tambem! Luiz conseguiu nos entregar o quarto limpo antes do horário de checkin, o que foi muito legal! Gostamos bastante! Quarto amplo, bom chuveiro, boa cama, boa cozinha.. perfeito!

Tivemos dificuldade de encontrar o local porque a porta dele dica um pouco escondida na praça haha mas assim que encontramos ficou tudo bem!

Apartamento bien cuidado y con buena dedicación en limpieza y orden que es lo que yo personalmente más valoro. La cama y sábanas estupendas. No está en el centro histórico pero a unos pasos de él y el apartamento no tiene vistas interesantes. Al orden y la limpieza le pongo nota 10. Y a la ubicación, que ya no es cuestión del anfitrión, le pongo de nota 8.

Está muy buen ubicado. Es muy grande y está bien equipado.

El baño es un poco pequeño. Una de las ventanas estaba rota y no se podía cerrar. Entraba mucha luz.

La localisation, à égale distance des 2 gares, à 15 minutes à pied du port et tout près du centre historique. C'est plutôt grand, les indications de la part du propriétaire sont claires pour y accéder.

God lejlighed med masser af plads. Der er soveværelse, køkken med spisebord og badeværelse. Derudover er der vaskemaskine og tøjstativ, så man kan vaske tøj. Det ligger også godt og det er nemt at checke ud og ind.

Der er ikke aircondition, men det står der også når du bestiller det. Der er dog en blæser, hvilket hjalp lidt på varmen:)

Excelente lugar para conocer genova

El apartamento es perfecto para una cómoda estancia, es muy amplio, con buena ventilación y muy bien equipado. El edificio donde se encuentra el apartamento tiene una ubicación cercana a la zona histórica, por lo tengo es facil moverse caminando. De igual forma está muy conectado con autobuses.

La noche en que nos quedamos, en el apartamento de al lado había un poco de ruido. Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ωραίο, καθαρό, ήσυχο και είχε ο,τι χρειαζόμουν. Χωρίζεται σε δύο ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, τη τραπεζαρία και τη κρεβατοκάμαρα. Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος, ήταν σε ήσυχη περιοχή, μερικά μέτρα από την οδό Garibaldi. O Yolvi ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός.

Хорошее расположение, квартира очень хорошо убрана, просторная, чистое постельное белье и полотенца , теплое одеяло. Очень и очень хороший и отзывчивый хозяин! Всегда поможет в решении проблем. Цена - качество все идеально.

Нет электрического чайника, тесноватая душевая , ощущается немного сырости и из-за этого на окнах и стенах есть плесень , холодновато в квартире.
