Great place in the heart of Genoa

This flat is super well located in the very center of Genoa, and it's also very spacious and quiet.

The only problem was with video instructions for the check in. We had to play it multiple times to understand the directions. I would recommend making it a set of photos instead of the video.

Spacious and quiet, but the decor could be warmer.

I really liked the location. The internal space was a pleasant surprise; the photos don't show the high ceilings, which makes the room feel very spacious. Also, the silence is great: even though the building is in front of a noisy tunnel, the apartment is at the back, so it is very quiet.

I understand it is for short stays, but the decoration feels a bit cold and distant. It lacks some local warmth or typical Genoese touches to make it feel more welcoming.

spacious, clean and well equipped. just a few minutes from the centre and close to everything you need. although it could be a little tricky to get inside the host explained everything thoroughly through whatsapp.

Great Apartment In a Even Greater Location

We absolutely loved the location of the apartment it is no more than a 5 minute walk to the city centre! The apartment is huge we had plenty of space and it has a very comfortable bed. The check in was smooth and easy we were contacted by the host on the morning of check in with simple and thorough instructions to check in! We were also welcomed with a bottles or water and a bag of ice which was perfect as it was very hot we needed it. Fans were also present at the apartment there were 2 which suited us perfectly.

The lack of basic facilities needs abit of an update, there was no iron or ironing board, limited knives and forks and dishes. The toilet roll was not regularly replaced either we had to buy our own towards the end of the trip. The beds. They are advised as doubles but they are 2 single beds pushed together this did not suit us but it didn’t affect our stay too much but would have preferred a proper double bed. The shower was very small too which has its challenges but we managed. The building is very old aswell you can either go in a really sketchy lift up to the airport or several sets of stairs so be prepared for that. Overall however we would definitely reccomend for a short stay in Genova!!

Very good but better communication would have been appreciated.

A very comfortable and spacious apartment in a good location.

The kitchen needs some basic items like a chopping board and a sieve. Better and clearer communication from the host would have been appreciated and made gaining entry much more straightforward. He only told me on the day of my arrival that he needed a copy of my passport before he could give me the passcode for the lockbox which is something that could and should have been asked for at the time of booking to avoid any last minute confusion and panic.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buona la pulizia. Appartamento ampio e in zona strategica. Gradita la macchina del caffè con cialde di ottima qualità.

Abbiamo trovato il letto matrimoniale piuttosto scomodo, con due materassi che fanno la fossa e si disuniscono al centro. Sistemando questo particolare (importante per un buon sonno) diventa davvero perfetto, anche perché la camera è ben insonorizzata. Le scale dello stabile fanno molto "vecchia Budapest" ma non ci importa molto!

Posizione a due passi da Via Garibaldi. Molto silenziosobin quanto appartamento lato interno. Appartamento spazioso.

Il materasso è pessimo andrebbe cambiato. Stesso discorso per i cuscini. Il divano è scomodissimo. La cucina è poco accessoriata. 0 vista dalle finestre.

Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i metra. Obiekt bardzo przestronny. Zdecydowanie warto wrócić do tego miejsca będąc w Genui.

Appartamento in posizione centrale ma lontano dal rumore, indicazioni di facile accesso, buona comunicazione con il proprietario. Apartamento céntrico pero lejos del ruido, fáciles instrucciones para acceder a él, la comunicación con el propietario fue buena.

Edificio squallido e quasi terrificante ad entrare. Cupo, pareti sporche, sembra abbandonato.

En realidad era bastante cercana al centro, pero por la noche se siente inseguro. Te dejan cápsulas de café y es muy espaciosa.

Las indicaciones para llegar, pero si llegas por la noche, es difícil encontrarlo porque te envían una foto con sigue la flecha pero nunca te indican que NO debes seguir por las gradas y ese sitio es súper inseguro y por la noche está desolado, de terror. Deberían mejorar las indicaciones de llegada. La cama fatal se notan los resortes y no se puede descansar con comodidad. No te dejan fundas de basura ni tampoco detergente para lavar la ropa.

L’appartement était parfaitement situé, très propre et spacieux. Les indications étaient claires. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour

L’unique chose que nous avons “moins apprécié” est le matelas pour le lit. En effet, c’était deux matelas une place pour un lit double.

Удобное местоположение, все рядом - центр города, достопримечательности, лифт на смотровую площадку, вокзал, порт. Квартира однозначно выглядит лучше, чем на фото. Она большая, светлая, чистая. Удобная большая кровать, кухня с посудой, стиральная машина и сушка. Check in прошел легко, вся информация по заселению была сброшена в WhatsApp. С удовольствием остановились бы там снова.

Muy buen apartamento, cómodo y sencillo, aunque podría optimizarse con muy escasos detalles.

Los amplios espacios, la limpieza y la ubicación con acceso a casi todos los lugares de interés.

Que el apartamento no tuviera papeles-rollos de cocina, repasadores y toalla-felpudo de baño. Sería conveniente que el hospedador dejara jabones y champú, como es frecuente en las casas que alquilamos en otros destinos.

In de keuken weinig basis. Geen afwas borstel, afwasmiddel, theedoeken. Om het netjes achter te laten zou dat wel een must zijn. Daarom een pizza gehaald, was ook niet verkeerd :)
