Appartement confortable et cosy sur le port de Nice

The house is in a fantastic location with easy access to everything: a supermarket and bakery are just a 2-minute walk away, a Lime bike station is right outside, street parking is easy to find, and the Nice-Riquier train station is within walking distance. Inside, the house is stylish, quiet, and fully equipped with all amenities for up to 4 guests. The owner, Roman, is exceptionally helpful and responsive.

The main entrance and hallway show a bit of age, but don't worry when you first arrive—the house inside is lovely!

The lady who met us was very friendly (we got by both knowing only about 12 words of each other's language 😂). Spacious and modern apartment for the location, comfortable beds, very well equipped - nothing was amiss whatsoever. Air con was extremely good. Shower was powerful. Good TV and solid WiFi. Location was absolutely perfect being near the harbour - also a decent supermarket 2 mins away. Tram stop is a 5 minute walk. No complaints at all!

Very very minor things - didn't bother us one bit but if you need total blackout to sleep the blinds are very thin, especially the front room with the streetlights. The balcony was almost unusable- being in the summer and the air con blasting hot air right across it (this is likely a problem in all of old town Nice).

The host is absolutely correct and helpful. He gave us enough information before arrival on time. The location of the apartment is excellent. Most sights are easy to get on foot. There is a bus stop right in front of the house. The bus takes you to the beaches. Absolutely convenient. The flat is comfortable, modern and well equipped. I don’t think you won’t find what you need in the kitchen. WiFi and aircondition works perfectly. The flat the bedrooms and the bathroom is absolutely clean. I can recommend everyone to stay in this apartment. This review was made by two different generations as I was there with my son.

The location is excellent. The apartment is exactly like in the photos and very comfortable. The A/C was great during the heat wave in France. Globally speaking, we have appreciated our stay.

The presence of a cockroach is not acceptable for a property rented at this rate. Even if the apartment is very clean, a cockroach is not acceptable. There was no more hot water on one day. The owner contacted by WhatsApp replied quite quickly. Indeed there is a timer for the water heater. So when we take a shower in the morning and then in the afternoon after coming back from the beach, we have no hot water. Fortunately, the owner explained to us, but that was too late, 3 people had already cold shower. There is a hole in the counter beside the cooking table. That can be fixed easily. There is a washing machine, but not accessible to the guests. That would be a plus to give access to it, especially for guests staying an entire week. Only one towel per person is provided for the entire stay of one-week. Either giving more towels or give access to the washing machine. Only one key is given for a 4-guest apartment. On demand, a second one can be given. No instruction was shared to access the apartment by the owner before our arrival. It has been shared only after we contacted the owner. As a way of improvement, the instructions can be shared in advance. We arrived in the middle of the afternoon, therefore it was not an issue but for guests arriving late evening, it might be a concern.
