Très joli appartement avec un coin de vue sur le port - propreté irréprochable - tout confort : ustensils de cuisine et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner avec en plus: huile, vinaigre, sel ,capsules de cafés Nespresso et thés divers. Serviettes de bain, gel douche et savon. Literie confortable.
L'immeuble extérieur un peu délabré. Cela nécessitairait une remise en état mais bon...

Nice apartment with great views of Nice Old Port. There’s a supermarket across the street and plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The Old Town is within easy walking distance but if you don’t want to walk, Bus 98, two minutes walk away, will get you there. The tram stops are nearby as well. The kitchen is pretty well equipped if you choose to cook. For us, the espresso machine was a huge plus. Wifi is pretty fast and the small lift was very useful in getting our large cases upstairs.
The apartment itself is newly renovated, but the building needs a paint job.

Very good location in Nice, close to a small harbour and public transport (Tramway). near a pizza, a bakery and a grocery shop. you can walk to promenade
Parking is really difficult, even for an unloading and loading of your stuff. Underground parking into harbour is quite expensive. Really noisy air conditioning during night (internal stand alone unit), folding sofa quite unconfortable and noisy. A lot of mosquitoes and noise during night from outside. Room is mostly suitable for a couple instead of a family with 4 persons.....
