Ubicación perfecta puesto que iba a una feria en el Palacio de Congresos que se encuentra a 5 min a pie. La decoración preciosa. Limpio. Agradable. Buena información para recoger llaves y entrar.

Sin aire acondicionado. Un ventilador pequeño y sin potencia. Pasé mucho calor. Falta de amenities. Jabón de manos y ducha pésimo. No creo que fuera jabón de manos o cuerpo. Sin un mínimo de amenties en cocina como aceite y sal, Que menos! Sin flexibilidad para entrar antes y salir mas tarde de lo "oficial" Si el apartamento esta ya limpio o/y no se necesita después ese mismo dia, sería de agradecer esta parte "mas humana". Muchas obligaciones: Horarios, limpieza vajilla, bajada de basura, horarios de entrada y salida, no molestar, no hacer ruidos, no no no y poca cercanía.

The noise from the neighborhood

The accommodation has a lot of positives, especially for a stay in Paris. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop directly outside and two different metro lines within about a 10-minute walk. The building itself is quiet, which made it easy to rest after busy days exploring the city. There are also plenty of nearby amenities, the WiFi worked well throughout the stay, and the smart TV with Netflix was a nice bonus. Communication with the host was good and responsive, and the bed was comfortable overall.

That said, there were several cleanliness and practicality issues that affected the experience. The bedding was stained, the floor did not feel clean, and overall the apartment gave the impression of not being properly cleaned, which made it harder to fully relax. The fridge also needs defrosting. In the bathroom, there was no hand towel or shampoo provided, and the soap appeared to be washing-up liquid, which dried out my hands. The pillows should be replaced. There were also some practical inconveniences. As the apartment is on the ground floor, it wasn’t really possible to keep the windows or blinds open because people could see directly inside. That made it feel really dark in the apartment, thus I personally wouldn’t stay there again because of that. Hanging space was limited, with only one coat hook in the main area and two hooks in the bathroom, which looked stylish but were not especially practical. One of the curtains was also partially detached from its hooks. The pictures of this accommodation are giving the impression that this is a very lux place, however the reality doesn’t quite match the picture.
