Spacious - good for single travellers in groups, or two couples, as you can lock off each bedroom and they have their bathrooms
Great coffee close by (Coffee Local)
Its a typical balinese villa - which means the living areas are semi outdoors (ie not enclosed space but undercover). This will suit adults but could be a challenge with families if children are not safe around water (as pool is open to the living area). However most resorts are also like this - so just something to consider if you have toddlers

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice big pool where you have till 5PM sunlight.
Close to seminyak beach, 5/10 minute walk. Also close to the shopping street jl Dhyana Pura.
Everyday cleaning the villa and pool.
We will definitely come back.
