Imperial Villas I Mar y Playa

The location is great, very close to the beach, a supermarket and cafes. The kitchen is fairly well equipped.

First of all, parking is a nightmare! Sometimes I had to do multiple rounds of the block just to find a parking space, even for our small car. Secondly, there is no proper air con. There is a standing air con in the main bedroom, which is super noisy, so it is not an option to have it on at night. The small bedroom only has a fan, so our son could not sleep there, as it was very hot. There is nothing at all in the main living area. There is no proper soundproofing, so you hear all the neighbours. The apartment is a bit run down with doors hard to open and close, the bathroom has no lock, and had visible stains on the walls.

Everything. I thought the portable A/C unit was great so I could use it in the living space in the evening.

I couldn’t find a close maiden even though there were pegs in the kitchen.
