Casa Andres - Puerto del Carmen

Exceptionally well equipped, clean comfortable property. Very quiet but only a six minute walk to the bars, restaurants, supermarket and sea front. Couldn't have asked for more.

Nothing

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped in an excellent location. A lovely sea and mountain view from the balcony. Excellent communication with the host, easy instructions for entry and allowed an early check-in as I had an early flight, also arranged transport for my trip back to the airport, basically nothing to much trouble. Just a couple of point, by no means criticism, hopefully just useful suggestions. The base of the shower does get quite slippery when wet so a small anti slip mat would be helpful, also some outdoor cushions for the chairs on the balcony would make them a little more comfortable if sitting for a length of time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again in fact I'm already planning to come back next year !!!

Absolutely nothing !!

Sobre todo las instalaciones y lo bonito que estaba todo.

Lo unico q pondria una pega es que la piscina estaba vallada con cristales

The location was perfect. The apartment complex is in a quiet area but SPAR is only a 5 minute walk down the road. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area with just a short walk away. The apartment had everything we needed. The pool area was quiet and very calm.

The shower changed from hot to cold to warm often, with the shower pressure changing too. The bed is quite firm, this didn’t bother us too much. The apartment wasn’t spotlessly clean but definitely wasn’t dirty.
