Heel gezellig appartement op loopafstand van de boulevard en bushaltes. Fijne, grote keuken voorzien van alles dat je nodig hebt. Mooie badkamer en ruime slaapkamer met grote kasten. Verhuurder is altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en reageerde altijd snel en aardig!

Het bed is ontzettend hard. Ik had geen geweldig weer, maar in de lente/zomer lijkt me de afwezigheid van een airco wel erg vervelend.

Lovely apartment, well furnished with modern and comfortable pieces in good taste. It was well equipped with all that was needed for a stay. It was very clean and in a very convenient location.

It can get very hot in this ground floor flat, compared to other properties we stayed in Puerto del Carmen, and because it is a ground floor property it's not possible to leave the doors open to let air circulate a create a cooling draft. There were two fans but we struggled to cool down the place on arrival. Things got better later in the week when we made an effort to have all doors open at certain times of the day, whist keeping watch that no-one was entering the flat ( so you can' have all windows and doors open and go for a nap, for example). It was also a reletatively expensive flat, compared to others we had in the same location, but the flat was very nice and comfortable, so we would recommend it and we would stay again, despite that. A third issue was the early check out at 10am (extended to 11am, but not further due to the next guests checking in at 3pm). After a week's stay and with a flight later on in the day (which we communicated about upon booking) it was not ideal to be on the beach with trolleys and without being able to shower before getting on the plane. This is not uncommon, but previous properties (some of which allowed us an early afternoon check out while orhers) have allowed us to store our luggage in the agency that managed the previous flats at least, which was more helpful. Nonetheless, communication with the agent was very friendly and professional and we felt welcome.
