Babylons Tower Cottage

Its a beautiful space and location. Very private and cozy. Lovely walks. Great fireplace. Close to Hermanus. Love that its pet friendly and quiet and well equipped.

The big bed in the bedroom on the left sinks on the left side. The clickers are both difficult to get a flame. The outside braai was waterlogged from the rain. Swollen kitchen door with water coming in.

Location is incredible with views of the mountains, vineyards and orchards. Very private since it is only the cottage in the vicinity. Easy to access Hermanus as well as the wine farms in the vicinity. Well equipped kitchen and braai facilities, we stayed as a couple but will definitely be back with friends. Beautifully decorated.

We don't have any recommendations for making it better as we had a very good stay. The only thing to be aware of that we did not notice beforehand is that there are only two baths and no inside shower; although there is an outside shower in case of visiting in summer.

Hi there, it really is a lovely space with beautiful views and vista. Good communication and instructions. Very comfortable, spacious with appealing decor. A great fire place, plenty of wood and an axe. The kitchen is well equipped. Both rooms have onsuite bathrooms which is a plus. Wifi worked well. It felt good not to have a TV! Hope to return for a longer visit to further enjoy the accomodation and surrounds.

Both batheooms had baths only. An indoor shower would be good, especially in winter months, as its too cold for the outdoor shower. Re. signage: a few more cottage signs would be good, especially near the entrance.

A hidden gem. The best location. Beautiful surroundings. Accommodation was comfortable. Loved the outside shower experience. Two bedrooms on suite was a bonus.

A bowl of the farm apples would have been a nice touch.
