Easy to find and very spacious. Very clean and good bathroom facilities. We were there just for one night after the Boyne Valley Viking Experience which was at Slane Castle, very close and convenient.
We would have liked to have used the oven or microwave as we had food from our previous B&B which was self catering. Understand the reason why not, but we booked this as it was a whole house and nowhere said we couldn't. Small thing though. The rest was good.

Extremely good location (right off the N2, easy to get to from the airport, close to Newgrange), very clean, truly excellent value.
This isn't a negative so much as a note to other travellers to make sure you read the description, as this is a bit more bare-bones than some other guesthouses you may be staying in. E.g., the bathroom is shared with up to six other guests, and there's no breakfast. (I gather the proprietor is quite frustrated that people don't read the description, which is extremely understandable! Read the description!)

Marie e Stephen sono molto simpatici, gentili e disponibili, la camera piccola ma accogliente e calda, la disponibilità di acqua buonissima è stata molto apprezzata, così come la possibilità di usufruire della loro cucina per farmi qualche pasto caldo in assenza di luoghi vicini dove mangiare.
Mi sarebbe piaciuta maggiore pulizia nel bagno visto che è in comune.
