We truly appreciated how kind and supportive the staff at Calista Hotel were throughout our stay. They pay attention to details and make you feel valued as a guest. The location is fantastic — central, accessible, and surrounded by great spots, which made our trip so much easier.
A special mention to Amanda, Andrew, William, and Ningning for their exceptional service. And to the tall young gentleman in the restaurant — although I wasn’t able to catch his name, he always served with a smile and showed great hospitality. The team really made our experience memorable.
The apartment is clean and well-maintained, but it would be even better with windows for natural light and ventilation, as the space can feel a bit enclosed. The living room is cozy, though the couch could be more comfortable to enhance relaxation. Overall, a few improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable.
