Die Lage war hervorragend. Die Umgebung etwas verwahrlost, aber grundsätzlich die Lage sehr gut. Gegenüber war ein Einkaufszentrum
Wir hatten auf dem Bettlaken Getrocknete Blutflecken und auch im Klo waren überall Fäkalien (Auf der Klobrille, unter der Klobrille und am Klorand). Geputzt war das in keinem Fall. Der Vermieter hat sich allerdings nach Beschwerde sofort darum gekümmert, dass die Putzfrau nochmal kam. Die kam dann mit Stöckelschuhen, Minikleid, einem Stück Tuch und Fensterreiniger um das Klo zu Putzen (desinfizieren sieht anders aus) Wir haben das Klo mit Desinfektionstüchern nochmal selber geputzt. Das Bettlaken wurde aber anstandslos ausgetauscht. Gegen den Vermieter selbst kann man nichts sagen - die Kommunikation war sehr gut.
